The Origin

How Outshore started

Matthew was running a growing business in NZ and, like many Kiwi founders, hit the ceiling: too many small tasks, not enough time to actually grow.

He tried hiring offshore the DIY way. Hundreds of applications, awkward time zone chats, two hires that ghosted, one that inflated their CV. It was meant to free up time. It cost him weeks.

Eventually it worked, but only because he'd built a proper process for screening, onboarding and managing a remote team. That process became Outshore.

Today, we run that same process for other NZ businesses. We find, vet, place and manage quality Filipino talent so you never have to learn the hard way.

2022

Outshore is born

Matthew starts Outshore after building his own offshore team and realising the process he'd built was something other Kiwi business owners needed.

2023

First ten placements

We place our first ten VAs and marketing specialists with small Kiwi businesses. All ten are still with their companies today.

2024

Expanding roles

We expand beyond admin into marketing, design, e-commerce, customer support and sales. Our process proves it works across every function.
