We ask for a small $400 NZD deposit to begin the search. After that, you pay the team member directly (via our managed payroll) at rates starting around $8-12 NZD per hour depending on the role and experience. For managed plans, there's a monthly management fee on top. We'll walk you through it on the strategy call.

We aim to have three vetted candidates in front of you within 7 days of the strategy call. From there, most clients hire within two weeks, meaning your new team member is usually onboarded within 10–14 days of starting the process.

If the first hire isn't the right fit, we find you a replacement for free. It doesn't happen often because of how we screen, but the guarantee means you're never stuck.

It's up to you. The Starter plan gives you a vetted hire and leaves the day-to-day management with you. The Managed plan adds a dedicated NZ-based account manager who handles performance check-ins, HR and payroll, so you can focus on direction, not admin.

The Philippines is only 4–5 hours behind NZ, so we can almost always arrange significant overlap with your working day. Most of our placements work NZT-aligned schedules, meaning real-time collaboration is easy.

Yes, and we recommend it. We shortlist the top three candidates for your role, then arrange interviews with each of them. You pick who you want to hire. We're there to advise, but the final call is always yours.

Yes. Our team members are contractors engaged through our Filipino operation, which means you don't need to worry about PAYE, KiwiSaver or employment law complications. We handle compliance on both sides of the arrangement so you stay on the right side of IRD.
